论我国产品质量监管法律制度的完善
摘 要
产品质量是衡量一个和文明程度高低的重要指标之一。随着社会的进步和经济的不断发展，人们对产品质量的要求也越来越高。但近些年来，产品质量问题层出不穷，严重侵害了消费者的合法权益。国外许多学者对产品质量监管问题进行了多方面的研究，已形成了较为完善的产品质量监管理论体系，这些理论充分揭示了产品质量监管的必要性和可行性。然而，我国现行产品质量监管法律制度却存在诸多问题。法律法规缺乏协调性、责任制度设计不合理、缺陷产品召回制度立法缺失。
