（I）Evaluation on injury
1 The assessment of nerve plane
（1）Evaluating the nerve plane of spinal cord injury patients is mainly based on the plane of motor nerve injury. But T2 - L1 sections plane of motor nerve injury is difficult to determine. So we evaluate the sensory nerve damage plane in these sections.
(2) The motor nerve injury plane is determined by examining the key muscles’ t manual muscle strength.
The sensory nerve injury plane is determined by the feeling of pain and touch of the key point.
(3) To determine the motor nerve injury level key muscle strength of the plane must be greater than or equal to 3.
The muscle strength above the plane must be normal.
