汽车真空助力器密封检验标准的研究

摘要: 探讨了汽车真空助力器密封检验标准的问题, 提出并详细阐述了在真空助力器的工作过程中作用于密封性能

的两个重要的原理, 即 3个平衡位置的原理和平衡位置的动态转换原理, 这两个原理对真空助力器以及类似的气动装置
的结构设计与工艺设计有非常重要的意义。同时, 提出在真空助力器的密封检验中, 应该增加卸载过程中的点下密封检
验, 并给出了通过特征曲线来分析密封性能的方法和通过皮锤敲击来提高密封检验速度的方法。

Abstract: The air p roof inspection criterion of automobile vacuum booster was studied, and two rules acting on air p roof
performance of vacuum booster in the working course, the rule of three positions in balance and dynamic conversion of posi
tions in balance, which attach importance to design in the aspects of technics and structure of vacuum booster and other air
driven devices alike, were put forward and illum inated. The air p roof inspection of the lower maximum aid force point in
the course of unload was p roposed to put in p ractice in the load air p roof inspection, and the way to analyze air p roof per
