第一章总则
第一条为大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观和“努力超越、追求卓越”的企业精神，规范员工管理，加强队伍建设，激发广大员工的工作积极性和创造性，促进企业和谐健康发展，依据《中华人民共和国劳动法》和《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》等国家有关法律法规，结合国家电网公司（以下简称“公司”）实际，制定本规定。
第二条公司员工应严格遵守国家法律法规和公司各项规章制度，维护社会公德，恪守职业道德，忠诚企业、爱岗敬业、履职尽责，保质保量完成工作任务。
第三条员工奖惩遵循“依法合规、奖惩分明、公平公正”的原则。奖励坚持精神奖励和物质奖励相结合，惩处坚持惩罚和教育相结合。
第四条本规定适用于公司总部（分部）及公司所属全资和控股企业（以下简称“各级单位”）依法直接建立劳动关系的员工。
