随着科学技术的发展，传统的军用油料装备维修工作模式已经不能适应军队现代
化发展的需要，并严重降低了军队油料装备维修机构执行多样化军事任务的效率。因
此，建立以计算机技术、通信技术为基础的高效、便捷的军用油料装备技术保障综合
信息系统，已是军队油料装备维修机构的当务之急。本论文主要研究内容为“油料装
备技术保障综合信息系统”的开发。
本论文首先介绍了军用油料装备维修工作现状，阐述了开发军用油料装备技术保
障综合信息系统的目的和意义，介绍了系统开发所采用的方法及主要研究内容；在此
基础上采用软件工程的设计思想，并结合军用油料装备维修工作的特点，对军队油料
装备维修机构进行用户需求调查；根据需求调查报告，确定了系统的设计原则与总体
设计方案，包括系统的结构体系、功能模块以及相关数据库的设计与建立，并结合系
统总体设计方案，对各个功能子模块的体系结构进行了详细的设计；论文对系统实现
与主要功能的使用加以说明，并就系统的部分功能模块的工作原理、数据结构进行了
比较详细的论述；最后论文对系统的应用前景进行了展望，并分析了制约系统应用的
不利因素，对如何普及、应用“油料备技术保障综合信息系统”提出了自己的观点。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology, the traditional military POL equipment
repair mode can’t meet the needs of the development of modern army, and reduce the
efficiency of the military POL equipment repair institution for military duties. So, it’s the
urgent affair that building the efficient, rapid military POL equipment technical support
information system(MPOLETSIS), which is based on computer technology and
communication technology. The main research content of this paper is to develop the
MPOLETSIS.
Above all, the paper introduces the present situation of military POL equipment repairing,
expatiates the researching purpose and meaning of MPOLETSIS, introduces the main
methods and the primary coverages for MPOLETSIS；By using the thinking of software
engineering and with the combination of the characteristic of Military POL equipment
repairing, the paper conduct a survey of military POL equipment repair institution，defines
the principle and the general planning of system design, which contains structural system,
functional module and database design, and makes detailed design of architecture of
functional submodule. The paper explains the system implementation and how to handle these
functions, expounds the operational principle of some functional module and data structure
