刮板输送机结构设计
摘要
刮板输送机是输送机械的重要组成部分。刮板输送机的设计制造涵盖了运动转换、动力传输、变速机构、等机械设计。通过对知识的整合,选择刮板输送机作为毕业设计课题。本设计是以港口的实际运输环境为依据,在设计中尽可能采用新的设计思想、选择更加合理的结构、力争提高刮板输送机质量、降低生产和运行成本、在充分吸收学****刮板输送机设计经验的基础上,参考有关设计资料,完成刮板输送机的结构设计。
主要的研究问题有:行星齿轮减速器的优化、链的设计、刮板的设计,运输方式,断链检测装置。设计出具有实际应用要求的产品。通过这次设计,锻炼了自己调研分析、加工与整理、运用工具手册的能力,初步掌握了机械工程设计程序、方法和技术规范、提高工程设计计算、理论分析、图表绘制、技术文件编写的能力。

Abstract
Scraper conveyor is an important part of the transport machinery. Design and manufacture of scraper conveyor covers the movement of conversion, power transmission, the transmission mechanism, such as mechanical design. Through the integration of knowledge, choice scraper conveyor as graduation project. The design is based on the actual transportation environment is based on the port, in the design of new design ideas as possible, choose a more rational structure, and strive to improve the quality of scraper conveyor, reduce production and operating costs, while fully absorb learning scraper conveyor on the basis of machine design experience, reference to the relevant design information, complete the structural design of scraper conveyor.
The main research questions are: optimization of ary gear reducer, chain design, blade design, transport, chain scission detection devices. Design a practical application requirements. Through this design, exercise their own research and analysis, processing and finishing, the ability to use tools manual, initial grasp of the mechanical engineering design process, methods and technical specifications to improve engineering design calculations, theoretical analysis, charting capabilities, technical documents prepared .
