被迫停车的分析与处理

摘要: 介绍了永钢 21000m3 / h 空分设备因主换热器换热效率下降而被迫停车故障的经过, 分
析后得出原因为: 空压机泄漏的润滑油进入主换热器并冻结成油薄膜, 使换热系数降低, 最后阐
述了处理过程。

Abstract : The course of forced shutdown of 21000m3 / h air separation unit in Yonggang due to the inefficient main heat
exchanger is introduced. The cause analysis indicates that the decrease in the efficiency of main heat exchanger origined
from a leak of lubricant from pressor , then entering main heat exchanger and frozen into solid oil film. Finally ,
the treating measures and modification procedures are described.

21000/ 21000 型空分设备由杭氧设计制造, 采用分
2007 年 4 月 22 日凌晨, 开始出现主冷液位无
子筛吸附净化、增压透平膨胀机、规整填料上塔及
法维持稳定且不断下降, 冷量不足的现象。经检查
全精馏无氢制氩技术。于 2007 年 3 月进入调试阶
确认膨胀机工作正常, 但主换热器热端 4 个温度点
段, 4 月 12 日正式生产出合格的产品氧、氮。2007
的温度波动, 主换热器热端温差从正常的 2 ℃~
年
