This bined with the construction of statutes about soiland water conservation the very beginning,it analyzed theframework structure, key technology and relational database;put forward the information inquiry B/SStructure which iSbased on ;did acomprehensive research on techno logy and adopted itdevelop thissystem;made use technology to connect after that,this thesis also worked out a detailed expatiate both on functional design and practice ways. After a deep study on such statutes and the analyses ofsocial requirement,the whole design scheme,functional modules were prone to be consummate,and then can establish the statutes database about soil and water last, thisthesis discussed thepractice method ofevery functional module and narrated thetesting process ofthewhole system.
