文档介绍:机械电子工程自考本科毕业论文材料题目: 定量自动填充包装机学生姓名: 准考证号: 材料目录序号名称数量备注 1 毕业设计(论文)开题报告 1 2 毕业设计(论文)1 3 毕业设计(论文)成绩评定表 1 起止日期: 2013 年 10月8日至 2013 年 12月 26日摘要全自动包装机采用的计量方法主要有容积式计量、称重式计量、螺旋式计量和计数式计量。本文分别探讨了 4 类典型计量装置的计量原理,并对这些典型计量装置的适应性进行了比较,通过设计方案比较, 提出了步进电机驱动的包装机设计方案。通过步进电机的选用, 电机的转速是由不同的输入脉冲频率决定的,即可以通过改变输入脉冲的频率就可以实现不同品种、不同商品的包装设计。面对当前商品包装日益多元化的趋势,只有这种包装机才能满足产品包装的多种需求。在未来的包装机设计中,只有与现代科学技术相结合,包装机设计才能永保青春。关键字:包装机;步进电机;设计;脉冲频率;螺旋式计量 Abstract Asuring, weighing-measurement, measurement and spiral-count measurement.
