摘要
自动真空包装机利用输送带作为包装机的工作台和输送装置。输送带可作步进运动,它的真空室盖在输送带上方,托板在输送带下方,合拢时形成真空室,而输送带则夹在中间。输送带上有使包装袋定位的挡板。只要将盛有包装物品的包装袋排放在输送带上,便可自动完成抽真空,热封。真空包装机是以塑料或塑料铝箔薄膜为包装材料,对液体、固体、粉状糊状的食品、粮食、果品、酱菜、果脯、化学药品、药材、电子元件、精密仪器、稀有金属等进行真空包装,经真空包装的物品可以防止氧化、霉变、虫蛀、腐烂、受潮,延长保质保鲜期限。特别适用于茶叶、食品、医药、商店、研究机构等行业,具有外型美观、结构紧凑、效率高、操作简便等优点。

ABSTRACT
Automatic vacuum packaging machine conveyor belt as a workbench for packaging machines and conveyors. The conveyor belt can be used as a stepping movement, cover it in a vacuum chamber above the conveyor, the pallet in the conveyor belt below, together and form a vacuum chamber, the conveyor belt in the middle. The conveyor belt on the positioning of the baffle bags. As long as will be filled with bags of packaged goods emissions can be done automatically on a conveyor belt, vacuum, heat sealing. The vacuum packaging machine is a plastic or plastic foil film for packaging materials, liquid, solid, powder, paste food, grain, fruit, pickles, preserved fruits, chemicals, medicine, ponents, precision instruments, rare metals such as vacuum packaging, vacuum packaging items can prevent oxidation, mold, insects, rot, damp, and to extend the shelf life of fresh deadline. Especially suitable for tea, food, medicine, shops, research institutions and industry, with good looks, compact, high efficiency, easy to operate.
