网络课程是决定网络教育质量的一个关键要素，随着网络教育的发展，网络课程的
数量也在迅速增长,人们对网络课程评价重要性的认识也逐步提高。网络课程是网络教
育的基础，开展网络课程评价是网络教育质量保证的一个重要环节。近年来许多学者都
对网络课程评价进行过探讨，发表了大量的相关论文，提出了一批评价量表、量规和指
标集。这为本文的研究提供了可靠的研究基础。
本研究在相关概念详尽阐释、分析的基础上提出网络课程评价的概念、评价的原则；
结合国内外最新的网络课程评价研究成果，提出了网络课程评价模式；同时提出了自己
的网络课程评价指标体系，并结合实际的评价案例对指标体系进行了初步的检验。
本研究对于网络课程的质量评价和网络课程的设计都具有一定的指导意义。文中相
关概念的阐述，澄清了学术界当前关于网络课程评价的一些模糊或错误的认识；提出的
网络课程评价模式为评价网络课程提供了理论基础和具体操作步骤，具有一定的现实意
义。本研究所提出的网络课程评价指标体系的评价对象是作为最终产品或阶段性产品的
网络课程。

Abstract
The web-based course is the key factor to guarantee the quality of the web-based
education. Its amount arises along with the rapid development of the web-based education
and more and more people began to realize the importance of the evaluation of the web-based
course. The web- based course is the basis of web-based education. Expansion of evaluating
of web-based course is an important tache to assure the quality of web-based course. In recent
years，many scholars have probed into the study of the evaluation of the web-based course，
published a large amount of concerned papers and have formulated a series of measuring
