文档介绍：西南交通大学硕士学位论文迅星物流公司配送方案优化研究姓名:严安申请学位级别:硕士专业:物流工程指导教师:陈宁 201011 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要在当今的电子商务时代,随着社会经济快速发展,全球物流产业有了新的发展趋势。现代物流服务的核心目标是在物流全过程中以最小的综合成本来满足顾客的需求。配送作为物流活动的核心环节,其成本占了总成本相当高的比例。在配送过程中,由于配送网点较为分散,城市交通路况复杂,对于第三方中小物流企业而言,如何在规定的时间内合理利用配送资源,提高配送效率,是节约配送成本的关键,也是难度较大的工作。事实证明,合理利用现代信息技术结合数学模型、数理统计等相关运筹学方法优化配送管理,提高配送服务与管理水平,是企业提高物流配送效率、减少运营成本,实现物流配送科学化的重要途径。迅星物流公司是一家以仓储和配送为主营业务的第三方物流企业。本文详细介绍了该公司配送中心运营现状,并通过对该公司火车站分配送中心的组织结构、网点分布、配送模式等要素的具体分析,提出了该公司配送中心普遍存在的配送资源浪费、配送服务不到位、基础设施和配送手段落后等问题。针对上述问题,本文以迅星物流公司火车站分配送中心为研究对象,以运输成本最小化为基本目标,在运用数学建模和启发式算法优化配送路线,运用GPS、GIS等现代物流信息技术优化车辆调度的研究基础之上,提出了迅星物流公司货物配送方案优化的思路及建议。关键词:迅星物流公司;配送;信息技术;数学模型;优化西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1f页 Abstract Nowadays,the merce ages develops quickly谢m the socialeconomy, worldwide logistics industry contained anew development core target ofmodem logistics serves isthat need tosatisfy customers、prehensive cost during thewhole process isthe core linkoflogistics,its cost has possessed avery high proportion inthe thedistributionprocess,because of customers are dispersed,and transportation situations on plicated,in termsof themedium-sized orsmall TPL enterprises,thekey ofraising theefficiency ofdistribution, isthat economizes thatoptimizes themanagement of distributionbyusing modem information technique withtherelatedstrategy ofmathematics model inreason,to raisethelevelofthe service andmanagement ofdistribution,is avery important path ofraising theefficiency ofdistribution,decreasing operation cost,and carrying outdistributing inscientificway forlogisticsenterprises.
