　　依据《雇佣法令》相关要求, 结合本企业实际, 甲乙双方本着平等、自愿、协商一致标准达成以下协议
　　According to Employment Act, Party A and Party B agree as follows:
　　一、协议期限 Contract Period
　　本协议期______年__ 月 __日起至______年 ___月___日或本协议约定终止条件出现时止。

　　4. 甲方如因业务拓展改变需要对乙方工作岗位及工作区域进行调整, 乙方应该接收。如因甲方企业业务扩展需要或企业合并分立等变更, 乙方同意根据法律要求延续此协议, 并接收甲方安排。
