Thereare three riversmerge intoGuanting reservoir,Yang Rive andSanggan River and Guishui River and Sanggan River flowsthrough 11 districts in Zhangiiakou,and thentheymerge intoGuanting reservoir,ing water quality of which isthekey topreservation of water quality forGuanting reservoir. By theinvestigation ofriverbasin water quality and present situation ofponufion SOUrCeS,The paper analyse the water contaminationcauses,Work outthegeneral plans and implementing schemes forwaterpollutioncontrol,puts forward thetechnical measure andmanagement measures forwaterpollution control。The achievements inpaper can provideimportant basis forimprove water quality,resume the function ofdrinking water source andkeep meeting national standards ofdrinking water functionandachieving Class 11water quality.
