文档介绍：论文题目: 当代大学生网络行为规范的研究专业:思想政治教育硕士生:吴毅安(签名) 指导教师:赖雄麟(签名) 摘要为了探讨规范大学生网络行为的相关对策,增强学生思想政治教育的针对性和有效性,改进与完善大学生的网络管理和监督,促进大学生健康成长成才,本文通过理论分析和实证研究的方法,界定了关于网络行为与失范行为的概念,简要分析了网络行为的类型、特征及本质,剖析了大学生网络行为的特点,网络失范行为的表现以及可能形成的危害,分别从社会与高校两个方面阐述了导致大学生校园网络行为失范的原因,指出大学生网络问题产生的实质主要是由于网络技术的发展与网络教育管理制度建设不协调造成的,探讨造成大学生网络行为失范的原因主要应该从社会制度、教育管理方面去考量。本文也阐述了我国网络政策法律管理的现状,介绍了国外利用政策法律手段规范网络行为的经验。基于上文的分析,本文提出了大学生网络行为政策法律规范体系的构建设想,就是: 以国家法律体系为其“纲”,以政府的行政管理政策规章、包括行业组织的规定、章程、协议为其“经”,以高校的管理制度为其“纬”, 以大学生网络行为自律准则公约为其“目”, 经纬纵横、纲举目张、内外相济。首先加强和完善国家网络法律体系建设。其次是建立政府主导管控、行业组织自律、,形成一个管理核心,依靠三支队伍,打造五大制度体系,以严密有效的他律机制促进大学生的行为自律。约束大学生的网络行为,矫正其失范行为, 保护大学生的网络安全与合法权益。保障大学生网络行为文明有序与健康成长成才。关键词: 大学生;网络行为;政策;法律;规范研究类型: 应用基础研究 Subject : A Research on the Laws and Policies Regulating the Online Behaviors of Contemporary College Students Specialty : Ideological and Political Education Name : Wu Yi’ an (Signature) Instructor : Lai Xionglin (Signature) ABSTRACT With an aim to study related measures to regulate the online behaviors , carry out more specific and effective ideological and political education , work management and supervision and facilitate healthy growth and development of college students , this thesis , which is under the approaches of theoretical analysis and empirical research , gives definitions to online behaviors and deviant online behaviors , makes an analysis of the types , features and natures of online behaviors and carry out an in-depth probe into a variety of issues concerning the online behaviors of college students at present , namely the types and features of online behaviors , the specific deviant online behaviors and the hazards brought about hereof.
