1．编制说明
本工程由濮阳市东方建安工程有限公司包施工。
. 本施工组织设计是根据《濮阳县清河头乡文化发展中心》招标文件及施工图设计的要求进行编制的。在组织机构、施工方案、质量和工期控制、安全要求、劳动力配备、机械和设备配备、材料准备和进度等方面统一部署的原则下，根据招标文件精神，就本工程的特点机械编制。
. 本施工组织设计是根据，严格按照招标文件和设计要求，确保重点、统筹兼顾，并根据施工现场地理位置、地貌、气候等实际情况，结合我公司施工组织管理经验，以机械施工配合劳动力，科学组织，合理调配，以我公司的优势，全面创优的原则，在合同资金到位的情况下，我公司保质、按期完成施工任务，让业主满意。
