中厚钢板质量及控制方法浅析

摘要中厚钢板质量主要由使用性能、工艺的性能、内部质量、表面质量、尺寸精度、板型精度等方面构
成。本文从中厚板的定义、分类、用途、生产工艺等方面的知识人手,对中厚板质量主要构成要素和与其相关的
生产工艺控制技术进行了综合论述。从而使有关人员能系统认识中厚板质量构成的要点,掌握和了解相关技
术的应用状况,为完善中厚板质量控制方法,有针对性提升产品质量、实现产品质量的持续改进,满足市场不断
变化的需求提供借鉴。
