煤炭企业调度知识

山西省煤炭工业厅组建以来，始终贯彻“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的方针，为推进全省煤炭工业安全发展、可持续发展，针对性的采取了一系列之有效的管理措施，其中加强煤炭企业调度工作是重要的举措之一，制订出台了《山西省煤炭工业厅每天企业调度室质量标准化标准及考核评级办法（试行）》，并列为行业的年度工作目标考核内容。
煤炭调度系统是煤炭企业正常运转的重要平台，是煤炭企业俺去生产、建设、经营和应急救援的组织、协调、指挥中心。是重要的信息枢纽之一，调度工作的好坏，直接影响着煤炭企业生产组织、安全管理、经营管理、突发事件的判断处理，因此，搞好调度工作具有非常重要的意义。
煤炭企业调度是企业的关键岗位，为了提高全行业调度人员的业务素质，推动调度工作质量标准化、正规化建设，充分发挥调度在煤炭安全生产中的左右，省煤炭工业厅坚持“管理、装备、培训”并重的原则，针对全省煤炭行业调度工作实际，组织编写了《煤炭企业调度知识》一书，作为全省全行业调度系统的业务培训教材，希望此书对广大煤炭调度工作者有所裨益。
