党代会精神情况汇报
中共五常市第五次代表大会是“十二五”规划开局之年召开的一次承前启后，继往开来的重要会议，大会提出了“依托哈尔滨、打造新五常”的总体发展战略，明确了今后五年全市工作总体要求、奋斗目标和战略措施，号召全市各级党组织和全体党员，要更加紧密地团结在以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央周围，高举中理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，团结一心，奋力拼搏，以敢为人先的进取精神，只争朝夕的拼搏干劲，务求必胜的雄心壮志，全面建设生态之城、创业之城、活力之城、宜居之城，为实现富民强市新战略而努力奋斗！市第五次党代会结束后，牛家满族镇党委政府高度重视，积极采取有效措施，切实将会议精神传达落实到实处，现将情况汇报如下：
一、市第五次党代会精神学习落实情况
市第五次党代会结束以后，我镇党委先后组织召开了党委会、全体镇干部会、村两委干部会等三个层面的专题会议，以最快的速度将会议精神传达到每位班子成员、每个基层党组织、每位党员群众，全镇上下特别是广大党员干部的思想认识得到进一步统一，发展意识得到进一步增强，发展思路得到进一步明晰。
