Along with the information development , website functions beyond the traditional information acquisition , communication which can better reflect anization style , properties . So universities establish the departments , professional appearance , easy maintenance and management of the site has been imperative . This thesis mainly focuses on digital media technology major portal for the development of the theme , the three most basic and necessary skills .
