This design uses the method of suspension PVC production, Introduces the production of PVC resin by suspension method and polymerization mechanism, Technology problems in the process, including quality influence factors, process conditions and the synthesis of various additives, on the polymerization process was described in detail. And from the material balance, heat balance calculation and the equipment selection and calculation three aspects to carry on accurate calculation of technology, on the site were selected, took fire and explosion, mine and other important measures for waste recycling, are recited, draw the process flow diagram.
