放问卷35 份,共发放问卷1750 份,回收问卷1680份,其中有效问卷1570份。从调查问卷汇总情况来看,被访者男女比例为3: 2;年龄最小18 岁,最大65岁,年龄段主要集中在20～ 60 岁;被访者有91%的人学历在高中以下家庭年总收入6000～ 10000 元和10000 元以上的比重最大,分别为27%和39%,3000 元以上的家庭占14%,%的家庭年收入在3000～6000 元之间。
　　二、通过此次调查反映出以下问题
　　(一)人均宅基地面积严重超标,一户多宅现象普遍存在,土地闲置浪费严重。
　　《中华人民共和土地管理法》第六十二条规定"农村村民一户只能拥有一处宅基地,宅基地的面积不得超过省、自治区、直辖市规定的标准。农村村民建住宅,应当符合乡(镇)土地利用总体规划,并尽量使用原有宅基地和村内空闲地。农村村民出卖、出租住房后,再申请宅基地的,不予批准。"但由于基层政府对农民建房缺乏的正确引导和管理,再加上采用的是无偿、无限期的使用制度,出现了农民超标占用宅基地建房,一户多处宅基地,和闲置宅基地现象普遍存在。在这次调查的50 个村中, 31个村的人均宅基地面积在80～ 120 平方米之间,12 个村人均宅基地面积在120～ 140平方米,还有7 个村
