基于PDM的PCB生产过程控制研究
摘要:本设计以文成线路板有限公司为背景,首先详细阐述了PDM与过程控制的可行性和必要性。运用PDM与工业工程的相关理论对该公司的PCB生产过程控制作了深入研究,对公司当前存在的板面擦花、开/短路、线幼等质量问题运用5M1E方法以及质量工具作了细致分析,找出了关键问题并确定了关键工序,通过PDM系统对生产全过程进行有效地闭环质量控制,%%,取得了良好的效果。

The Study of Product Process Control of PCB Based on PDM
Abstract This design bases on the background of Wencheng PCB . First, the design illustrates the practicality and necessity of PDM controlling process; then, it has made an in-deep study of PCB producing process using PDM and industrial engineering theory, also, made an analysis of the existing problems, such as open/short-circuit and so on, using 5M1E method and quality tools, identified the crucial problems and the critical processes; last, the failure rate of PCB has fallen from % to %, through the useful close-loop quality control of all-process by means of PDM system, gaining a perfect result.
