文档介绍：摘要摘要 21世纪是生物制品的世纪,随着生物技术的成熟,生物制药逐渐成为继化学药品之后的翘楚。自20世纪90年代以来,生物制药在整个药品市场中的份额逐年增加。由于生物制药的特殊性,生物制药物流相对普通物流在存储,包装业运输方面均有较高的质量和技术要求。因此,伴随着生物制药的巨大发展冷链物流逐渐被越来越多的人认识,也成为使生物制药从生产到消费者手中质量保障的关键因素。本文首先在对国内外研究文献进行综述的基础上,分析限制我国冷链物流发展的总体状况以及供求状况,认为制约我国药品冷链物流发展的因素包括政策性制约因素、技术性制约因素和人员性制约因素。其次,在分析美国、日本和加拿大冷链物流的发展现状基础上,认为发达国家冷链物流的发展对我国的启示:第一是积极发展冷链物流的核心;第二要促进冷链物流发展的支撑;第三是促进冷链物流发展的前提;第四是促进冷链物流发展的保障。最后,借国外先进的冷链物流理念,提出了促进我国药品冷链物流发展对策:一是加大政府调控作用:二是加强冷链物流设施和信息建设;三是建立健全冷链物流行业的标准;四是培养专门的冷链物流人才:五是加强药品冷链物流管理及监管制度。关键词:物流;生物制药;药品冷链 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With thedevelopment oftheworld economy,the innovation ofpharmaceutical technology,China e one oftheworld’Slargestpharmaceutical the same time the independent drug research and preparation technology of the pharmaceutical industry e has entered theranks ofadvanced 2 stcentury isthecentury ofviological products,as the mature ofthe biotechnology,biopharmaceutical ing theleaderafterfollowing thechemicals.
