摘要
随着知识和信息经济时代的到来,知识和信息管理越来越受到企业管理者的重视和关注。企业信息化与知识化使企业管理更加规范化、科学化、自动化和系统化。它是企业竞争力的核心和增效的原动力。企业信息化与知识化建设应树立整体观、市场观、效益观和人才观,应从内容与方式上适应改革的发展趋势,强化企业信息化与知识化建设的基础工作。
知识是经验和集体智慧的结晶,在过去的知识管理实践过程中,关注的重点在于显性知识的管理,忽视了隐性知识。企业信息化大大加快了企业的工作效率,通过信息化的手段将隐性知识“固化”,将有利的推进企业的知识管理和核心竞争力的形成。
信息是企业管理者认识客体的中介,是企业管理者思维的材料,同样也是管理者作出科学决策的依据。信息是企业得以发展的资源,现代信息技术的飞速发展,极大地增强了人类生产、处理、传递和利用信息的能力,致使社会信息数量迅猛增长,大量的信息聚集就形成了一种宝贵的社会资源。信息资源是人们借以对其他资源进行有效管理的工具。信息资源与物质资源、能量资源一起,共同构成了现代社会资源体系的三大支柱。
企业信息化与知识化的建设和实施中其关键作用的是为数不多的知识员工,知识员工是企业生存和发展的基石,更是企业不断推进企业信息化、知识化建设的有力保障。企业只有采取行之有效的管理知识员工的策略,才能保证企业信息化与知识化建设的顺利展开。

Along with the information and knowledge economy era, knowledge and information management has received more and more attention to enterprise managers and attention. Enterprise informatization and knowledge construction should build up the general concept, market concept, benefit view and talent view, should be content with the way to the development trend of reform, strengthening the construction of enterprise informatization and knowledge based work.
