This paper introduces some th eories of sex discriminati on in the west and about of internal feminine employment discrimination re lated research, reviewed the policy of obtain employment since the foundation of China for prep aration paper. This thesis reveals that female faces serious employment discri mination with the start from the quality and quantity two aspects of female employment. Because the influence of women’s own physiology, psychology, procreate and the cost of labor force, a nd restrict of the objective factor that the law, the system of society gua rantees, supply of labor forces exceeds demand, the enterprise pursuing the hi gh profit and the traditional se x idea, lead the question of women’s sex discrimination of em ployment has not been solved. It is not only doesn’t benefit the women’s development, but also destroys the society’s impartial, affect the social economic development, obstruct the social adva nce.
