解析纷纭世相中的人性——铁凝小说论

摘要
在中国当代文学史中,铁凝是个难以归类的女作家。以往的关于她的小说的
评论大多是从女性文学角度入手,但用“第三性”视角看待女性的铁凝的写作,
只是较真实地展示了女性生存层面的种种困境和可能性,并没有承担过多的女性
主义和女性解放的责任。有鉴于此,我在前人研究的基础上试把铁凝不同时期的
小说分为三个阶段进行评析,揭示她在面对纷纭世相中的人性所作出的各种艺术
努力和探索。
第一阶段:大体是从开始创作到 1985 年前后。铁凝以她对社会的信心和爱,
也是对善的倡导,展示出了人们对人性本真的坚守,并以这样的方式给世界增加
了亮色,也给世人带来了温暖。总之,此时的铁凝不管是通过什么样的方式,她
一直在向读者讲述的都是人性中的善。
第二阶段:自 1985 年后到 2000 年。人性并不完全是善的,随着对人性认识
的不断深入,作者在呼唤人性善的同时,也看到人性中恶的存在,因为人的生命
不可能是尽善尽美的。于是作者对人性的表述中便少了几分纯真,而多了几分复
杂,作品更为注重对人性恶的揭露。
第三阶段:自 2000 年到 2005 年,作品中的善恶不是以单面的形式而出现,
而是以一种混融的状态呈现出来。生活的历史和现实中,人性的善恶交织是一种
普遍存在的现象,正是因为这种交织性, 铁凝笔下的社会和历史才变得更为真实,
也更加丰富多彩。
总之,铁凝以她作品中所塑造人物的善、恶表现,丰富了文学画廊中的人物
形象。同时,通过对这些人物的刻画,打开了人类内心深处的“心灵花园”,建
构着人类生存的精神家园。

Abstract 
In the  history  of  Chinese  Contemporary  Literature, Tie  Ning  is  a  female  writer difficult to  label 
accurately. As to her novels, previous criticisms are mostly taken from the point of view of the feminist 
literature. Insisting on looking at females form the angle of the“third sex”, Tie Ning justrevealedtruly all the 
difficulties and possibilities of living conditions of the females in the real society and she did not assume too 
much of the responsibilityof feminism and female liberation. In view of these facts, this paper attempts to 
classify all Tie Ning’s novels into three periods ment, discovering her artificial efforts in facing all 
human natures in diverse lives. 
The first period: from the beginning to 1985. With strong confidence in and love to the society, Tie Ning 
advocatedthe nature of good and revealed people’s holding in human natures, which increased brightness to 
the world and brought warmth to human life. In a word, whatever pattern, what Tie Ning narrated was 
almost“good”in the human nature.
