摘要: 纸板耐破度仪是为检测纸张、纸板、瓦楞纸板的耐破度而生产的专用检测器具,目前普遍使用的耐破度仪匀为缪伦式耐破度仪(又称破裂强度试验机)。本文在查阅大量国内外试验机生产厂家资料的基础上,对所现有的纸板耐破度仪试验机进行了仔细研究,根据设计任务书所提出来的技术指标要求,设计了纸板耐破度仪的机械部分。本文首先概述了耐破度测试仪的基本定义、工作原理和分类。通过对现有各类纸板耐破度仪结构的对比,然后设计出一款新型耐破度试验机。试验机的传动部分主要由电动机、蜗轮蜗杆、锥齿轮等组成。经过校核后所有设计均符合要求。用UG三维建模软件完成耐破度仪的三维造型,并对其做运动学仿真,最后用CAD软件完成试验机的二维工程图。在文章的最后简明的介绍了做本次毕业设计的一些心得体会。

The design of cardboard burst instrument
Abstract:For the detection of paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard bursting and the production of special testing equipment, the current widespread use of breaking resistance of the device to absorb Mullen type bursting foster(also known as the rupture strength testing machine). In this paper, access to a large domestic and international testing machine manufacturer based on the data of the existing cardboard bursting tester test machine was carefully studied, according to the design task book out of the technical requirements of the proposed design of the cardboard bursting mechanical instrument. This paper first outlines the basic definition of bursting strength tester, working principle and classification. By resistance to breaking of the instrument pared to existing types of cardboard, and then design a new type of bursting strength testing machine. Test drive part is posed of a gear box, hydraulic transmission, the ball screw posed of three parts. After checking all the design to meet the requirements. UG three-dimensional modeling software plete bursting meter three-dimensional modeling, and its doing kinematics simulation, Using CAD software plete the test machine assembly diagram, then get the tester of 2D part drawings. At the end of the article briefly introduces the graduation design, some experience.
