文档介绍:河海大学硕士学位论文市场化环境下抽水蓄能电站主要动态效益的定量研究姓名:孙宏健申请学位级别:硕士专业:水利水电工程指导教师:张健 20080401 摘要摘要抽水蓄能电站在电网中具有无可替代的作用,为我国的经济建设做出了巨大的贡献。在电力系统市场化转型的过程中,至今没有一个合理的抽水蓄能电站电价体系能够保证抽蓄在完全竞争性环境下,还能够有足够的财务生存能力、能够按照其在电网中所做出的贡献获得合理的回报,这主要是辅助服务补偿不足。论文核心是对抽水蓄能电站主要动态功能的效益进行定量分析。这是在借鉴“三部制电价”(容量电价、电量电价、辅助服务电价)构想的基础上展开的。论文主要内容如下: (1)分析抽水蓄能电站各动态功能(主要指负荷爬坡、调频、调相、负荷备用),找出抽水蓄能电站产生这些功能效益的关键因素:快速爬坡能力; 回顾抽水蓄能电站动态效益的研究进展。(2)分析现有抽水蓄能电站动态效益的计算方法,对现有计算方法不足部分进行改进,并在吸收现有计算方法合理内容的基础上提出本文动态效益的计算方法:效用——价值定量分析法。(3)建立动态效益计算模型和系统爬坡率计算子模型,并对模型研究中的一些关键部分进行具体研究处理。(4)算例分析。对某电网有、无抽水蓄能电站的一组等效方案,用效用——价值定量分析法分别计算各方案在其自身系统最优运行工况下的耗煤量, 并由此确定出抽水蓄能电站的动态效益:抽水蓄能电站单位千瓦发电量节煤 。将计算结果和“三部制电价’’构想相结合,初步探讨三部制电价模式。关键词:抽水蓄能电站;动态效益;三部制电价;系统爬坡率;旋转备用 Abstract Abstract The pumped—stomge power station isVery imponaIlt intheelectricpo、Ⅳergrid and ithas been making greatcontribution tothedevelopment as itwaS kno、Ⅵl thatthep啪ped—storage power station、^,ouldmake more benefits in petitiVe electricity market for it can achieVe themaxim啪 of pensation forits realValue tillnow,there’s not areasonable electricity price stmcture that can make es draw on theexperience of ,me thesis focuses on the study pensation of the pumped·storage dynamic benefits.
