文档介绍：目录 1、用途 2、原理和结构 3、型号说明 4、设备外形及卸料布置图 5、安装与调试 6、维护与保养 1 、用途电动犁式卸料器作为胶带运输机散状物料的卸料装置, 已广泛用于电力、冶金、煤碳、化工、矿山等部门。同时配套漏斗锁气挡板, 既可减少粉尘飞扬, 又能将该机对胶带机的阻力降到最低, 是一种理想的卸料装置。 2 、原理和结构犁式卸料器整机采用可变槽角托辊升降结构,可以最大限度地满足卸料器在卸料及不卸料两种工况下的要求。既可以保证卸料干净,又可以防止胶带机运行时撒料。犁刀采用双重结构,卸料更干净。主犁刀采用耐磨材料,大大延长了使用寿命。后犁刀加装弹簧自动补偿机构,提高了胶带使用寿命和运行安全。可就地控制,也可远距离集中控制。和漏斗锁气挡板配合使用可减少粉尘飞扬,改善工作环境。 3 、型号说明 LX 5-A LX: 代表电动犁式卸料器 5: 代表适用于 B=1200 带式输送机 A: 代表卸料方式为双侧( B 代表为单侧卸料) 5 、安装与调试安装电动犁式卸料器安装时需要根据胶带运输机的总体布置工艺确定其具体安装位置,但应保证其一般原则:即 LX5A 犁煤器只能安装在 B=1200 型胶带运输机水平部分,且胶带运输机前后槽型托辊中心距离犁式卸料器前部和尾部槽型托辊中心不小于 1000mm , 安装顺序为: 托架→移动框架→托辊支架→托辊→犁刀→电动推杆支架→电动推杆→漏斗锁气挡板。调试电动犁式卸料器及漏斗锁气挡板安装完后进行整机调试, 调试方法如下: (1 )首先检查各铰接点销轴是否连接好(出厂时已经连接),转动是否灵活,润滑是否良好; (2) 槽型托辊位置是否正确,与胶带接触是否符合标准,如不正确应调整连杆位置; (3) 接通电动推杆电源,调整电动推杆限位开关位置使电动推杆在两种工作状态下均能起作用( 即卸料犁刀上升和下降都能正确到位) ,然后将限位开关位置固定。 6 、维护与保养电动犁式卸料器一般为室内布置, 但是应注意电动推杆电机防水情况和各铰接点润滑是否良好,并定期对各转动处加注润滑脂。注意检查和调整连杆行程,使槽形托辊运动时步调一致。卸料犁刀如有较大磨损应立即更换(犁刀采用耐磨铸铁)。 Contents 1.
