外资企业年检外汇年检办理须知
一、年检时间
2012年外商投资企业外汇年检时间为即日起至2012年6月30日。
二、年检地址及：
年检办公地点：海淀区莲花池东路39号西金大厦905室
三、参检对象：
2011年12月31日前在市工商局及注册的在京外商投资企业〔外商投资企业当年未发生外汇业务也需进行外汇年检〕。
参检方式：
〔一〕委托会计师事务所办理年检
参检的外商投资企业〔以下简称参检单位〕可书面委托承担其外汇收支情况表审核的会计师事务所，向外汇局填报并提交外汇年检信息电子数据。此种方式较为便利，故鼓励外商投资企业通过会计师事务所办理年检数据报送手续，并提倡“谁审计、谁报送”方式。
〔二〕企业自行办理年检
填写：2011外商投资企业联合年检(外汇部分)信息登记表
参检单位需通过网络填报电子数据，并在电子数据填报完成后一周内携带相关
