Methods: Establishing clinical questionnaire, collecting the children’s medical records who are in accord w ith the asthmatic bronchitis cr iteria for the diagnosis of Chinese and western medicine, establis hing a relevant database , using Statistical Package for relative data pro cessing ,analyzing the relationship between TCM syndromes of pediatric asthmatic br onchitis and influencing factors. Results: There are 247 cases in this survey of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis , in which there are 114 cases belong to the cold asthma syndrome, 93 cases belong to the heat asthma syndrome,26 cases belong to the syndrome bined with cold and heat,14 cases belong to the syndrome of deficiency- the statistical analysis, TCM syndromes of pediatric asthmatic bronchiti s have no significant correlation with age of onset,birth situation,delivery mode, birth weig ht, history of allergic rhinitis/eczema, past medical history, degree of fever,eosinophilic acid granulocyte percentage and CK-MB(P> ),but have certain correlation with ge nder,feeding history,season,the attacking time,allergy history,inducing factors,the total number of WBC and the severity of the attack. Conclusion: TCM syndromes of pediatric asth matic bronchitis have certain correlation with gender,feeding history,season,t he attacking time,allergy history,inducing factors,the total number of WBC and severity of the attack, al l of the above factors can be used as th
