４．触诊(扪诊)
目的是通过手指或器械的直接触摸或扪压口腔和颌面部组织敏感区域,观察患者的反应或通过触觉发现病变的部位、范围、形态、硬度、压痛、活动度、,牙齿咬合时松动度情况以确定是否有创伤 ;根尖周炎时根尖区有无压痛;小结节、窦道溢脓;肿块的位置、范围、质地、活动度、弹性、波动感、外表温度等情况;溃疡底部和边缘有无硬结和硬结的范围;触诊淋巴结是否肿大、硬度、弹性、数目、,排除畸形.
