第一条总则
〔一〕为加强学生党支部建设，发挥学生党支部战斗堡垒作用，促进学生党支部工作的制度化、标准化、科学化，根据《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》，结合我校学生党支部特点，制定本条例。
〔二〕学生党支部是党在学校的基层组织，是党在广阔青年学生中的战斗保垒，是党联系广阔青年学生的桥梁和纽带。
〔三〕学生党支部在上级党组织的领导下开展工作，在贯彻执行党的基本路线和教育方针，培养德、智、体等方面全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人
在促进学校的改革、发展与稳定等方面负有重要责任。
第二条组织设置
〔四〕学生党支部按学生所在系或年级设置，党员人数较多的可按班设置。学生工作专职干部编入学生党支部。人数较多的支部，为了工作方便，可设假设干党小组。
〔五〕党员7 人以上的党支部设立支部委员会，委员会一般由3人组成，设书记1人。支部委员会由党员大会选举产生，书记由支委会选举产生。党员不足7人的党支部不设支部委员会，由党员大会选举支部书记1人，必要时增选副书记1人。支委会和不设支委会的书记、副书记报基层党委、党总支批准并报校党委组织部备案。每届任期两年。学生党支部的书记一般由做学生工作的教师或干部担任。建立和撤销党支部，须事先征求校党委组织部意见。
第三条主要职责
〔六〕结合学生的实际和特点，宣传、执行党的路线、方针、政策和上级党组织的决议，团结和带领广阔青年学生，为保证教学、科研、育人等各项
