一、研究背景：
随着我们的学****压力越来越重，我们的吃饭与能量补充问题也变得越来越重要。可是，我发现身边很多同学为了学****不吃早饭，或者是在班里买点面包，吃碗方便面就解决了早饭。更有甚者不吃早饭，这样给我们身体的负担也变得更加沉重！
为此我们课题小组成员在组长带领下到高一级部、高二级部和食堂通过观察在食堂吃早餐的人数，观察在班里吃面包和吃方便面的人数，采访校领导老师，校医和食堂领导等方式，了解了学生不吃早饭的情况，并且在调查过程中进行拍照、记录等，进而为课题研究提供有力的事实依据。
观察是课题研究的“点睛之笔”，每一次观查取证都为我们的课题丰富了不少有价值的内容。一开始我以为只是个别的同学喜欢不吃早饭，随着时间的推移，发现更多的同学都在班里啃面包，吃方便面，而且手里还在拿着书，可见同学们学****多门刻苦，可是也不能拿自己的身体开玩笑呀。从此我也便开始关注同学们的吃早餐问题了。

同位是个女生，有次开玩笑说：“你每天早饭都是面包，牛奶，你能换换样不？”她说：“没方法呀，没时间去食堂吃，只能吃面包”有这句话我突然想到，是不是大家都为了学****不吃早饭呢？听大人说，早饭要吃饱，午饭要吃好，晚饭要吃少。可是，据我早上在食堂看到的画面并不是这样，早饭在食堂吃的寥寥无几，这就说明了很多一部分人不吃。
