文档介绍：西南交通大学硕士学位论文高速公路服务区建设与运营管理模式研究姓名:吴斌申请学位级别:硕士专业:交通运输工程指导教师:罗霞 20081101 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要近年来,随着国民经济的不断发展和高速公路里程的不断增长,作为高速公路重要组成部分的高速公路服务区也赢得了前所未有的发展机遇。然而,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,现有的高速公路服务区在建设和运营管理上已跟不上时代的步伐。做好高速公路服务区的建设管理既是高速公路经营管理体系的自身要求,更是广大司乘人员的迫切愿望。本文从我国高速公路服务区建设和运营管理现状出发,在比较分析国内外高速公路服务区情况和查阅相关文献资料的基础上,总结现有高速公路服务区的建设管理经验,发现高速公路服务区的运营问题,分析其形成的原因。本文重点探讨了高速公路服务区的建设和运营管理模式。在服务区建设方面:本文从服务区设计理念的确定、选址因素的选择、功能配置的齐全、间距大小的设置以及规模参数的设定等方面进行了详尽的阐述;在服务区运营管理方面:本文从服务区运营管理的特点、理念及基本任务入手,对服务区的内部管理、运营模式进行了合理的分析,并提出了自己的见解。通过研究探索服务区建设运营模式,优化高速公路服务区建设理念,总结高速公路服务区建设经验,提高服务区的管理水平,引入服务区的市场竞争机制,从而促进高速公路服务区可持续发展。关键词:高速公路;服务区;建设;运营;模式西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1 I页 Abstract With thecontinuous development of our national economy and theconstant increase oftheexpressway mileages in recent year,the expressway service area,as allimportant part ofexpressway,has also won itsunprecedented development ,with thecontinuous riseofthepeople’S living standard,the construction andoperation management models ofexisting expressway service area cannot keep pace with welltheconstruction andmanagement for expressway service area iseithertherequirement of theexpressway operation and management system itself or anurgent desireof allthedriversandpassengers. Combined with the construction and operation management status of the expressway service area of our country and on the basis of service area investigations andinformation references,this paper summarizes theconstruction andmanagement experiences of current expressway service area and analyzes the operation issuesandthereasons.
