文档介绍：汕头大学硕士学位论文公益性文化事业单位改革探究 I 摘要公益性文化事业和经营性文化产业是我国文化体制改革的两项重要内容,也是当前文化建设的两个重要支柱。公益性文化事业以其文化服务的公益性、文化内涵的丰富性和深刻性,在社会主义文化建设中独树一帜。它对社会主义文化的发展、人们思想道德和精神文化素质的塑造以及整个社会文化力的提升和文化环境的优化都具有重要意义。在目前我国事业单位改革的浪潮中,如何促进公益性文化事业单位的进一步发展,并建立起富有生机和活力的制度模式,是其面临的重要任务。本文以公益性文化事业单位作为研究的切入点,深入探析当前公益性文化事业单位发展存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策建议,又以揭阳市博物馆作为具体研究对象,来进一步论证。笔者首先阐述了此次的研究背景和选题意义,并总结了国内外诸多专家学者对这个问题的研究现状。其次是明确了文化事业单位的相关概念及分类,并阐述了建国以来我国公益性文化事业单位的三次改革历程,以及当前公益性文化事业单位的发展现状。在此基础上,笔者又进一步论述了当前我国公益性文化事业单位所普遍存在的问题,如资金短缺、人员安置困难等。针对这些问题,经过多方面探讨,笔者提出可以从深化内部运行机制、深化人事制度改革、调整资金投入结构、完善分配制度改革以及深化社会保障制度改革等方面进行完善。在文章的结尾,笔者选取揭阳市博物馆作为具体调研对象,分析其发展的优势及劣势,呼应前文,力求促进我国公益性文化事业单位的进一步发展。关键词:事业单位;公益性文化事业单位;博物馆;公共产品汕头大学硕士学位论文公益性文化事业单位改革探究 II Abstract ultural programs and Operating cultural industries are two important supports for the culture construction of our programs is particular of it’monweal in the service and profundity in the content. So it takes on a very special role in the areas of the development of the cultural and the shaping of the people’s ideology and the optimization of the cultural environrments. In the current wave of reform of sectmons, how to promote the further development of the ultural sectmonsand establish a system full of vigor and vitality mode, is a very important task. In this article, the author selected the ulturalsectmonsas an entry point for research, selected Jieyang City Museum as a specific object of study, analysis of problems exist in the current development of ultural sectmons, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In this article, the author first described the research background and significance of the topic. Second is clear theconcepts and classifications of the cultural sectmons, not only elaborated three refoms and reveals thedevelopment status of ultural sectmons. On this basis, the author further mon problem of ultural sectmons, such as theshortage of funds, personnel placement diffic
