We get conclusion for deep--seated reason ofSino--American trade friction:be consistent with thepolicymaking,the emergence oftrade frictionliesintheprocess of domestic itdoesnotmean thatChina Can notdoanything , China should particularly beaware of thepoliticalprocess ofwade China could positively response tothetradefrictionthrough corresponding strategies and tactics.
