doi: 10396 It was found that after triple-phase enhanced scan, irregularly thickened gallbladder wall, intraluminal nodules and/or
mass were strongly enhanced. There were 23 cases combined with gallbladder stones, 13 with dilated intra/extrahepatic bile
duct, 11 with directly invading adjacent liver parenchyma, 3 involving the stomach and 5 involving duodenum, 16 with lymph
node metastasis and 3 with liver metastasis. MRI also showed all above-mentioned signs. It was difficult to judge the lymph
nodes on CT in 4 cases. Three cases with isodensity stones were not detected on CT. Conclusion: CT and MRI could clearly
show the primary gallbladder carcinoma, and accurately evaluate the extent and spread of invasion. However, MRI is better
than CT for showing indirect signs, such as gallbladder stones and regional lymph node metastasis.

胆 囊 癌 是 胆 道 系 统 中 最 常 见 的 恶 性 肿 瘤 , 好 发 1 资料与方法
于 老 年 女 性 , 其 起 病 隐 匿 , 临 床 表 现 无 特 异 性 , 故 大 一 般 资 料 收 集 我 院 2004 年 6 月 ? 2010 年 3 月 经 手 术

病 理 证 实 为 胆 囊 癌 的 患 者 30 例 , 男 11 例 , 女 19 例 , 年 龄 40~
多 数 患 者 就 诊 时 已 处 于 晚 期 。 随 着 CT 和 磁 共 振 成
88 岁 , 中 位 年 龄 69 岁 。 临 床 症 状 主 要 表 现 为 右 上 腹 胀 痛 不
像 ( MRI ) 在 临 床 上 的 广 泛 应 用 , 胆 囊 癌 的 诊 断 准 确
适 、 黄疸 、 厌食 、 乏力 、 体质量下降和发热等 。
率 已 大 为 提 高 。 本 文 回 顾 性 分 析 30 例 经 手 术 病 理
检查方法
证 实 为 胆 囊 癌 患 者 的 CT 、 MRI 表 现 , 探 讨 其 对 胆 囊
.1 CT 检 查 28 例 行 CT 检 查 , 其 中 13 例 同 时 行 CT 平 扫
癌的诊断及其临床应用价值 。
