摘要: 本文通过分析水利水电工程施工组织管理的特点及在施工组织管理编制中应用价值工程的作用和意义,指出在施工组织管理中应用
价值工程不仅是十分必要也是大有可为的。本文举出工程实例阐明了在施工组织管理中应用价值工程采用的一些程序和方法,证明了在水利水
电工程施工组织管理中应用价值工程可以取得良好经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract: This paper analyzes the features anizational management of the water resources and hydropower engineering construction and the
role and significance of the application of value engineering in the anizational management, and points out that it is necessary and
promising to apply value engineering in the anizational management. This paper lists the engineering examples to explain a number of
procedures and methods used in the value engineering and proves that the application of value engineering in the water resources and hydropower
engineering construction management can achieve good economic and social benefits.
