艾司唑仑联合瑞马唑仑缓解术前焦虑对妇科腹腔镜手术
Abstract: Objective To determine the effect of estazolam combined with remimazolam to relieve
preoperative anxiety and maintain hemodynamic stability after the anesthesia. Methods Totally 100
ASAⅠ～Ⅱ patients undergoing elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided
into a reminazolam group (Group R), a estazolam group (Group E), a combination group (Group
RE) and a control group (Group C), 25 in each group. Group R took a placebo the night before the

surgery and received an intravenous injection of remimazolam mg·kg － 1 10 minutes before
the anesthesia. Group E received oral estazolam 1 mg the night before the surgery and intravenous
injection of equal volume of normal saline before the anesthesia. Group RE not only given estazolam
1 mg orally the night before the surgery but also injected remimazolam mg·kg － 1 intravenously
10 minutes before the anesthesia, and Group C took a placebo the night before the surgery a
