本站优势：本站地理位置优越，处于曲胜高速公路胜境关收费站旁，处于云贵交界，出云南的长途货车多为拉绿色食品，所以出收费站都会到我站加油。我站自从2012至今都是万吨级加油站，百万元便利店，先进集体，优质服务窗口等称号，我站环境整洁，硬件设施齐全，员工素质较高，服务意识较强，与周边同等规模的加油站相比有较强的竞争力。
本站劣势：本站贵州方向红果服务区的中石化加油站，进年来由于贵州分公司进行价格调整，汽、柴油价格都比我站价格较低，具体为93#，97#，0#。已成为我站较强的竞争对手。
大河方向黄家老包中石油加油站进站有优惠，且加油有礼品送。但目前还未对我站形成较大的威胁。
采取措施：
提高员工素质，搞好规范化服务。为顾客提供优质服务及良好的加油环境。宣传中石化油品质量。
加快IC卡的投放使用，为顾客提供更多的优惠。
