文档介绍：理学院推荐优秀团员作党的发展对象实施细则

（一）班主任宣读说明“推优”规则；
（二）团支部书记公布预备“推优”对象名单及现实表现情况；
（三）团员投票；
（四）计票；
（五）公布计票结果；
（六）根据票数确定“推优”对象名单；票数相同，由班主任会同推选小组成员协商确定。

（七）“推优”对象填写《团员入党推荐表》，团支部签署意见，并报上级团委审查。
第十二条 参加国家级体育文化科技竞赛活动并获奖、在重大事件中表现特别优秀、在学生工作中做出突出贡献的入党积极分子，可以直接向党组织推荐为党员发展对象。
第三章 附则
第十三条 违反本细则进行“推优”，根据事实和情节，给予相关责任人团纪或党纪处分，并取消被“推优”对象资格。
第十四条 团委学生会等组织“推优”工作参照本细则实施。
第十六条 本细则至公布之日起实施。
