文档介绍:华中科技大学硕士学位论文IIAbstract Since domestic iron ore resources are wide, poor and of lower grade, the steel industry relies on imported iron ore more than ever when steel output in China reached 300 million tons a year. Current logistics management methods and tools, which are far from systemic and advanced, cannot adapt to the changing environment of iron ore logistics effectively and are facing the pressure to ensure production and lower the purchase costs. In this case, optimize the logistics system of imported iron ore in Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation (WISCO), which is ranked 3rd in China, by modern theory and technology to reduce the costs, petitiveness of domestic iron and steel enterprises is of great significance. By analyzing problems and difficulties about the logistics system of imported iron ore in WISCO, this paper researches on actual situation using quantitative solutions, to improve service capability and reduce costs of logistics system. First of all, current situation of domestic logistics management, especially in the steel industry is briefed as well as the circumstance of WISCO. Secondly, current researches of time series analysis and location-allocation problem are introduced with a specific introduction of logistics costs forecasting in ocean shipping. With specific logistics system of imported iron ore and its costs in WISCO, the third part chooses appropriate time series forecasting model to forecast the ocean shipping price, which takes a large part of total cost, and its relationship with other factors. The forth part analyzes actual situation of imported iron ore location-allocation problem and characteristics of corresponding models. According to actual needs, a planning optimization annul model and a single-batch scheduling optimization model are put forward. At the end of the paper, the paper presented corresponding countermeasures for logistics system in WISCO including purchasing price, shipping costs and industrial chain etc.
