NCPA SB5X M&V Study Overview
Study was funded by Senate Bill 5X and administered by Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) under a joint contract with the California mission.
17 California Public Utilities Implemented 63 Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Programs providing incentives for 281,390 energy efficiency measures.
Total Budget was $ Million and M&V Budget was $388,000 (% of total budget).
NCPA/CEC SB5X savings goal was MW. Public utility savings goal was 43,410 MWh and MW.
M& savings are 37,346 ± 546 MWh/yr and ± MW and lifecycle savings are 541,242 ± 6,822 MWh.
