北京市医onditions as the independent variables. Results The health care experience
contained three dimensions: hospital service, medical quality, and hospital environment, with hospital service score (±) being
the highest, followed by hospital environment score (±) and medical quality score (±). Multivariate regression
analysis showed that the type of patient visit and the area where the hospital was located were the main factors influencing the patient
experience. Conclusion To improve the patient experience in health care, quality of medical service should be improved in terms of
service skills, medical quality, and hospital environment.
