[Abstract] Objective
To explore the clinical effect of intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of high myopia.
Methods
A total of 80 patients with high myopia admitted to Dalian Third People's Hospital from March 2017 to June
2019 were selected, and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table
method, with 40 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with posterior chamber intraocular lens (ICL),
the control group was treated with full femtosecond laser micro-incision corneal stroma lens resection (SMILE). At 1 year
after surgery, lens high-order aberrations and whole-eye high-order aberrations at 3 mm and 5 mm pupil diameters,
corneal endothelial cell density before and after surgery, visual acuity changes during 1 year follow-up were compared
