摘要:以蒙特卡洛法为理论核心,利用多体运动学和动力学分析软件—— 作为机构运动可靠性分析平台,
通过 Visual Basic 建立软件的界面并实现对 LMS 软件动力学和运动学仿真的调用,结合高精度和高效率的机构可
靠性分析方法,采用可靠性仿真试验得到的结果数据库,对典型运动机构进行典型失效模式可靠性分析,从而形成一套可以
实现运动机构的可靠性仿真、分析与评估功能的典型运动机构可靠性仿真分析与评估软件。以对心曲柄滑块机构为例,研究
考虑几何尺寸误差和运动副间隙误差对机构运动精度可靠性的影响,验证了所开发软件的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Based on the Monte Carlo simulation and the high precise and efficient method for mechanism reliability analysis,
software for analysis and evaluation of mechanism motion reliability was developed using the and Visual Basic
. In the software, was used to perform the kinematical and dynamic analysis; Visual Basic
was used to develop the user interface and build the uncertainty models which were used for reliability analysis, as well as extract the
