摘要: 本文介绍了 NTF(Noise Transfer Function)的原理,并分析了动力总成振动传
递路径。文章描述了通过 NTF 判断噪声问题根源的分析思路。本文提出了在动力总成质心
位置施加扭矩来计算 NTF 的新方法。本文建立了一款微车的有限元模型,并分析了对车内
127Hz 噪声峰值的可能贡献通道,包括动力总成悬置、排气系统对车内结构声的传递通道。
然后,对这几条传递通道进行了 NTF 分析。分析结果发现动力总成悬置传递通道是主要的
贡献通道。对安装有后悬置的横梁进行优化后,使得这个频率的车内噪声峰值降低。

Abstract: The paper introduces NTF (Noise Transfer Function) theory, and analyzes the
transfer paths of powerplant vibration. The paper also describes the idea how to identify
noise sources by NTF method. A new NTF technique that a torque excitation is applied on
powerplant center of gravity (CG) is proposed. A finite element model of a mini-van is
established. The potential transfer paths that could contribute interior sound at 127Hz
peak are analyzed. NTFs of the transfer paths, including powerplant and exhaust transfer
paths, are investigated. The results show that the powerplant transfer path is the major
contributor. After optimization of the cross-beam that the rear mount is installed on, the
interior sound at 127Hz is significantly reduced.
