汽车门框设计中的刚度与 OverBend 计算方法

摘要:本文介绍了门框设计时须考虑两个关键要素:门框刚度与车门 OverBend,并阐
述了门框刚度与车门 OverBend 计算的要点与方法。在材料一定时,决定门框刚度有两个基
本因素:断面及门框结构。本文从断面与整体结构两方面阐述了门框刚度的计算方法,并利
用 HyperMesh 软件对汽车门框的整体刚度与车门 OverBend 进行了有限元分析,在设计阶
段就考虑到门框后续的承载能力与变形量,使之满足设计的要求,少走弯路。

Abstract:This paper introduces two key factors in car door sash design, door sash
stiffness and door OverBend, and described their calculation points and methods in
details. Given material, two basic variables, section and door sash structure determine
door sash stiffness. Therefore this paper described door sash stiffness calculation method
from section and structure respectively, and analyzed door sash stiffness and door
OverBend by FEA software HyperMesh. Thus door sash carrying capacity and
deformation are considered in the phase of design, which make door sash design
reasonable, satisfy design request, and avoid detour.

1 引言
门框是指位于汽车车门上半部分,车门玻璃周边的窗框金属件[1]。大体上门框分为三类:
①冲压成型门框结构;②滚压成型门框结构;③外门板延伸门框结构
